Site work and remodeling of an educational facility in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call civil work for a post-secondary education facility.
The Project consists of the construction of the renovation of the records storage building and water and sewer work by civil. Martel Construction is seeking bids for all scopes of work generally consisting of, but not limited to the following: (SITEWORK & UTILITIES HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONTRACTED) concrete demo, metal stud framing demo, drywall demo, door demo, steel decking demo, concrete reinforcing, slab on grade, finish slabs, shelving, cabinets, countertops, trim, insulation, metal siding, steel/wood doors and hardware, overhead doors, windows, steel stud framing, drywall, ceramic tile, acoustic ceiling tile, concrete floor sealer, paint, division 10 specialties, fire suppression systems, mechanical systems, plumbing system, electrical system, AV/IT systems and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project. Clarifications: · Work is taking place in the building highlighted in red on sheet A1.4C. · Site work shown around new OHD’s will take place in bid package #05. · The storage units shown demolished for new roadway will take place in a future bid package.
