following Work: The Village of Belleville plans to mill and overlay a 2.00-inch asphalt lift along Fifth Avenue beginning just East of WI-69 (River St) and extending East to the terminus of Fifth Avenue. The milling will reshape the roadway in order to crown the roadway. The shoulder will be top dressed with approximately 18 inches (width) of gravel. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. MSA Professional Services, Kevin Lord, 608-242-661 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The anticipated substantial completion date is August 30, 2024 and the final completion date is September 13, 2024. However work is anticipated to be completed within 4 weeks once work commences at the site. a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
