Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wyoming, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Installation of a mini split heating and cooling system to thirteen classrooms. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. Bid Bond: Attachment C, bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided, a cashier’s check, certified check or money order, drawn to the order of Dove AcademyDetroit, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the bid form and proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with Dove Academy of Detroit for the performance of the services stipulated in the bid. A scan of the bond and check is acceptable for electronic submissions. Scope: Includes equipment and installation of mini split cooling and heating system to thirteen classrooms including: Set up and layout site Mount 13 fan evaporator heads to wall Mount condensers near heads, roof at second floor Run all line sets to units Connect 4 zones to 1 condenser End unit to have individual unit Run all drains Wire all units Mount remote controllers Start and check operation Properly charge systems Clean up and close site
