Historical Society Museum (old city hall): replacement of modified roof, water damage. Water damage includes plaster repair, ceiling tile replacement & walls painted. 2. City Hall: replacement of the laminate and modified roof system, ceiling tile replacement 3. Legion: replacement of modified roof & replacement of gutter system. Each project shall be bid separately. The pre-bid meeting, bid opening and bid awards are open to the public. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities of technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.) A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee that the successful bidder will, within ten (10) days of the date of notice of award, enter into contract and fi le the required bonds. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of opening thereof. Bidders must have a current State of Oklahoma commercial roofi ng licenses and required company information on file with the State of Oklahoma. Bidders must be bonded, insured, and meet licensing requirements per the City of Sulphur regulations. Any proposal, modifi cations, or revision received at the offi ce designated in the solicitation after the exact time specifi ed for receipt of offers is "late", and will not be considered.
