Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Sulphur, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
SCOPE OF WORK 1 Contractor to install a new boiler that will provide steam to HVAC system as well as the hot water systems for the west wing resident building. "Refer to Exhibit "A" Photographs 2 Required Specification; Hurst Boiler Model #100-GP2-101-15, surface blowdown valve and skimmer, HP 101 MBH Output 2281, 15 PSI, and a Webster Burner Model #JB2-C-30. 3 Demo and remove existing boiler. 4 Demo and removal of old concrete equipment pad. 5 Installation of new concrete pad with #4 rebar re-enforcement on 16" centers. 6 Replacement of old 6-inch non-return valve. 7 Provide and install materials including but not limited to flue kit, pumps, motors, piping, and insulation. 8 Installation to include state boiler inspection and factory start-up. 9 Haul off existing boiler and materials. Dispose of material in accordance with state and federal regulations Project Location: 304 E.
