Renovation of a municipal facility in Sulphur, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,400-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of a municipal facility. As of November 25, 2024, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The project consists of a renovation of the Courthouse, 1001 W. Wyandotte Ave, Sulphur, OK. The building is two (2) story is of approximately 5,400 s.f. per level with a 350 s.f. basement and will require interior demolition, new metal stud walls, ceilings, finishes, windows, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and new roof as indicated in the bid documents. Questions concerning the Bid Packages and bidding procedures shall be directed to the CM. Questions concerning the bid documents shall be directed to the office of the Architect, Corner Greer & Assoc., 580.223.1341. A link for the plans and specifications may be obtained from the CM or Architect. Successful subcontractors shall be responsible for purchasing and/or furnishing all plans, specifications and required documents for construction of the project.
