This is for all labor and materials required for erecting a 30' X 80' X 12' with a 12' X 80' Front Carport and a 12' X 30' Carport on east end of building. The entire deposit will be refunded to Bidders who return the plans within seven days after bid opening date. Non-bidder deposits will not be refunded. No refunds will be made if plans are not returned within seven days after bid opening date. Additional sets or partial sets of documents may be obtained by contractors, sub-contractors or material suppliers by purchase (no refund) in the following amounts: Complete Sets of Plans & Specifications $100.00 per set General Contractor(s) who do not return documents seven (7) days prior to bid date and do not submit a bid will not be refunded their full deposit and any refund will be based upon the costs per set as shown above for contractors, sub-contractors, or material suppliers. Additional sets of documents may be purchased after contract award from the district at the cost of reproduction.
