All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by ZMM ARCHITECTS ENGINEERS dated February 13, 2024. The project scope includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work to demolish and renovate offices spaces, as indicated on the drawings. Patch all holes in existing wall from demolished area to match existing finishes. Demolition shall include but not be limited to removal of existing doors, frames, and all related hardware, removal of existing wall assemblies, removal of existing ceiling systems, removal of existing flooring, and removal of existing lights. Following demolition, all areas should be repaired, and adjacent surfaces should be prepared to receive new work. Renovation shall include construction of new walls, installation of new doors and door frames to match existing, new carpet tile and vinyl base, new suspended ceiling, installation of 8" flexible duct extension to ensure all adjacent offices are served by a supply and return duct, installation of new LED lighting in new SATC to replace all fluorescent fixtures removed and provide additional light switching to allow each space to have its own light switch. All work shall be as indicated on the Contract Drawings and as specified herein.
