Completion Date: Oct. 18, 2024 The work under this contract shall consist of rehabilitating B-49-98 including a thin polymer overlay and cracking sealing on the bridge slab, substructure repairs, riprap restoration, undermining repairs, concrete sidewalk repairs, coring of bridge drains and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in amount of not less than 5 percent nor more than 10 percent of the Bidders maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond (on the form attached) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 5.01 and 5.02 of the General Conditions. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
