Scope of Work 1) Hardware Upgrade a) 25,000 Cycle Springs b) 13 Ball Bearing Nylon Rollers c) 14 Gauge Heavy Duty Hinges 2) Take down, haul away, & dispose existing garage door 3) Install complete garage door system a) Labor Warranty: minimum 1 year 4) Garage door must be exactly or equivalent to: a) Model: Lincoln 2000 b) Actual door size: 8x7 c) Color: dark brown d) Panel: flush panel e) Windows: no windows f) Track: vertical lift (15ft.) g) Perimeter seal included h) Insulation: 6.64 R i) Thickness: 2" j) Paint Warranty: minimum 25 years k) Hardware Warranty: minimum 2 years
