The Arlington National Cemetery Southern Expansion is an approximately 60-acre expansion providing more than 80,000 additional interment spaces, including above-ground cremated, in-ground cremated, in-ground traditional casketed, and in-ground crypts. Work includes construction of a roadway, sidewalk, and pedestrian walkway network integrated into the existing Arlington National Cemetery system. New buildings will include a visitor screening facility, public bathrooms, and an open-air committal shelter. The project incorporates all associated construction activities required to support the expansion. Performance begins within 20 calendar days and must be completed within 1004 calendar days. The procurement is a full and open competition and requires compliance with Project Labor Agreement provisions under FAR 52.222-33 and 52.222-34. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
