Contract Type The Government is seeking to establish a single award contract (Time and Material with one 12-month base year and two 12-month each option years). Questions/Reponses 1.Section 4.A. Optional Task: Surge Support (including Emergent Response) "The contractor shall remove hazardous waste materials from locations throughout the contiguous United States, to include Operational Response Centers in Fredericksburg, VA, Irving, Tx, and Northridge, CA. The contractor shall arrive onsite for pick-up within 5 days of POC's receipt of request via phone call or email. See section 9 for required deliverables. The resulting Guidance Documents shall be clear and concise and reflect well-defined information and/or solutions.
