The bid shall be irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days from the bid opening date unless extended by agreement between the Owner and the apparent low bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, omissions or informalities relative thereto. The High School/Middle School fencing project can begin on or after June 3, 2024 and must be completed prior to August 1, 2024. Scope of Work - SUMMARY The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, excavation, and other services required for the installation of a galvanized steel chain link fence and gates as specified by the Owner on the Biglerville High School/Upper Adams Middle School Property, located at 161 N. Main Street, Biglerville, Pennsylvania 17307. All questions regarding the scope of work and bidding requirements should be submitted to Mr. Anthony Graham, a.graham@upperadams.org, Director of Athletics and Property, of the Upper Adams School District. Written responses, in the form of addenda, will be emailed, mailed, or faxed to all bidders. Bidders shall rely only upon written addenda issued by the Owner in preparing bids.
