Renovation of an educational facility in Biglerville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for the Upper Adams Intermediate School Window Replacement for Upper Adams School District. A single prime bid will be received for General Construction Work. Copies of bidding documents are available free of charge in digital PDF format from the designated architect. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder must also furnish a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each for 100 percent of the bid. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. No proposal may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the bid receipt date. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
