Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Palmerton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The scope of work includes the renovation and conversion of approximately 5,360 square feet within the existing S.S. Palmer Elementary School relocating the school office administration to the front of the school and converting the old offices into small group instruction, faculty and learning support rooms. Renovations will include gypsum wall board construction walls, doors, ceilings, finishes along with mechanical, electrical and plumbing to support the newly converted spaces. The renovations will also include a new secure entry and coordinate with site work, and new stairs/ramps being bid under a separate contract.
