The Work includes the replacement of the existing concentrate forcemain from the City's Water Treatment Plant to the Copeland Church Lift Station The City of Everglades City, Florida, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, invites interested, licensed and qualified firms to submit competitive sealed proposals in response to ITB 24-1, Everglades City Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements - Concentrate Forcemain as outlined in the bidding documents. The Work includes the replacement of the existing concentrate forcemain from the City's Water Treatment Plant to the Copeland Church Lift Station M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the bidding for this project. All prospective Bidders are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the City of Everglades City staff or officials other than the specified contact person which is Dorothy Joiner, City Clerk. All Bidders are advised that under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, all responses are deemed a public record and open to the public as provided for in said statute. The City welcomes your response to this ITB. Bids should be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidder and will be evaluated by the City as stated herein. The City reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any or all bid submittals or to re-advertise for bid submittals for these commodities/services. The City may withdraw all or part of this ITB at any time to protect the interests of the City. All bidders are asked to be thorough yet concise in their response.
