Scope The Owner is requesting services of a Designer throughout conceptual planning, schematic design, design development, construction and final closeout of the project. Specified Services(all chosen) Architect Landscape Architect Engineer Land Surveyor Project Manager Other MEP/FP, Civil, Interior Designer, Structural, Cost Estimator, HAZ MAT, Soils Engineering, Network/Computer, Energy/Stretch Code Submit all questions electronically until 4/4/24 by 10:00 A.M. Applications eight hard copies, and one digital copy in PDF format on separate USB stick must be received by the Office of the Town Manager, at above agency address no later than the deadline.
