**As of May 9, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Pacific Grove invites sealed bids for a street rehabilitation project including sanitary sewer system improvements. The work consists of roadway excavation, grading, preparing sub-grade, placing Class 2 aggregate base and asphalt concrete paving for street pavement reconstruction; construction and/or reconstruction of curb, curb and gutter, cross gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches and curb ramps; replacement of sanitary sewer mains, sewer manholes and lateral reconnections; raising/adjusting manholes, valve boxes, and utility boxes to new finished grade and all other work shown on the plans for the segments of Locust, Willow, Wood, Grand and Pearl Streets. Additional charges will be imposed for mailings of plans and specifications. Plans and specifications will not be mailed until payment for materials and postage has been received.
