The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified Professional Irrigation Consultant for the design of a new irrigation system for the Newport News Championship Golf Club Course located at Deer Run, 901 Clubhouse Way, Newport News, VA 23608. The Consultant's services shall entail the provision of planning, design and construction administration services related to the City's contemplated improvements and upgrades to the irrigation system, at the Golf Course. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
