Renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Description At the North Bowl Northeast and Southwest Stairs, the work includes steel framing painting, tread and landing slab membrane replacement, steel tread and landing repairs, weld repairs at existing clip angles, Upper Concourse railing replacement, and sealant replacement. At the North Bowl Upper Concourse Vomitory Stairs (5 locations) the work includes steel framing painting, tread membrane installation, replacement of all treads, and sealant replacement. At the Four Corner Ramps the work includes installation of supplemental steel at the slab framing. Throughout the Stadium work includes overhead concrete repairs (beam bottoms, vertical surfaces, overhead slab), vomitory rail post repairs, and repairs of de-bonded slab waterproofing membrane.
