Road Pavement and Sidewalk: 740m of concrete lip curb and gutter. 238m of concrete modified barrier curb and gutter. 100m ^ 2 of concrete carry through gutter. 890 tonnes of 100mm thick asphalt pavement for road and 36 tonnes of 50mm thick asphalt pavement for sidewalk. 723m ^ 3 of 150mm thick base course material for road and 45m ^ 3 of 150mm thick base course material for sidewalk. 1205m ^ 3 of 250mm thick sub-base material for road. 4815m ^ 2 of geosynthetic Swap Grid 30 for road. Ditch / Swale and Culverts: 32m of 600mm Corrugated HDPE (Boss 2000 or approved equal) culvert. 8m of 450mm Corrugated HDPE (Boss 2000 or approved equal) culvert. 180m of new road ditch (1.0m bottom). 640m of new perimeter swale (1.0m bottom). 450m of new inter-lot swale (0.6m bottom). Construction Schedule The anticipated Contract award date is Thursday, April 11, 2024, and a construction start date of Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
