Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Working Days. Commencement of Working Days Notwithstanding Specification 13.5.2, Working Days Will Be Assessed by the Engineer Starting Ten (10) Days After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. Items of Work Remove Metal Pipe Culverts Supply and Place High Density Polyethylene Culverts Liquidated Damages The Work, Excluding the Placement of Stainless Steel Slide Gates Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Forty (40) Working Days. The Placement of Stainless Steel Slide Gates Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of One-hundred and Eighty (180) Calendar Days From the Culvert Installation. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed.
