The removal of identified lead hazards in resident's apartments and exterior of buildings. Selective demolition doors, and gypsum board where designated. The installation of new doors and gypsum board, and painting. A satisfactory Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid, must be submitted with each bid. The Bid Bond shall be made payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Bristol and shall be properly executed by the Bidder. Bids are subject to minimum wages rate as required by Davis Bacon Wage. The Housing Authority of the City of Bristol reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
