Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Reference Number 0000346590 Job Location: 9095 W. Jewel Ave. Lakewood, Co 80232 West Metro Fire Rescue is requesting bids to replace the White Foam-covered roof with New Standing Seam Metal roof. Metal Soffits and facia will also need to be installed. Color to be determined. All metal flashing and roof jacks with be replaced with like quality product. A construction bond will be required based on total dollar value of final project. Special Note; This station has an open exposed cathedral wood ceiling. Attention to fastener depth as they cannot penetrate ceiling and become exposed. Contractors will be held responsible for any interior ceiling damage.
