Reference Number 0000346624 The City of Lakewood (the City) is requesting bids from qualified entities (Bidders) for the installation of a Premanufactured Vault Toilet at the Fox Hollow Golf Course. The restroom will be delivered to the Fox Hollow Golf Course Maintenance Shop and secured until time of installation. The awarded Bidders shall have all work completed within Twenty-one (21) working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The work will take place on an active golf course in the Canyon circuit of Fox Hollow Golf Course. It is located on the Canyon #8 tee box at Fox Hollow Golf Course, 13410 W. Morrison Rd., Lakewood, CO 80228. Incidental damages to existing improvements shall be minimized and all areas restored to conditions present pre-construction. Bidders are cautioned that the area will be irrigated regularly and surface conditions may be wet or soft. It is highly suggested to perform a pre-bid review of the site.
