Renovation of an educational facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 45,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of April 26, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded by end of next week. Project consists of the removal and replacement of 45,000 sf of roof and assoc. work at the Elementary School. Requires install of masonry through-wall flashing at HVAC equip penthouse. Summer 2024 & 2025 construction. Roof demo work cannot commence until after students vacate the building on 6/26/24. Scope includes Masonry (ECC $400,000), Roofing & Flashing (ECC $1,600,000), Heating, Ventilation, & Air-Conditioning (ECC $650,000), Electrical (ECC $60,000), & Plumbing (ECC $90,000).
