Site work for a municipal facility in Milton, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work for this project included the supply and installation of 6-foot chain link fencing and electronic gating around the new Department of Public Works Facility in the Town of Milton as laid out in the attached Fence Plan document. The Town of Milton is requesting proposals from qualified companies for the supply and installation of fencing and electronic gating around the parameter of the new Department of Public Works Facility. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled, site visits will only be allowed if scheduled ahead of time. Schedule: The work for this project must start by May 1st and be completed by July 4th Questions about the project should be submitted in writing and directed to Lisa Schaeffler at the above email address. All questions must be submitted by Monday, March 18, 2024, by 9:00 AM. A response to questions will be provided as an Addendum and will be posted electronically. All firms must acknowledge the receipt of any addenda issued for this project. The Contractor understands this contract will be governed by the attached Town of Milton Standard Terms and Conditions. The Town will require a W-9 & Certificate of insurance prior to awarding a contract.
