The City of East Orange is soliciting statements of qualifications and performance data from developers interested in the redevelopment of all or a portion of City Hall Plaza located at 44 City Hall Plaza, East Orange, NJ 07018. The City of East Orange (the "City") is issuing this RFQ to assess the qualifications of developers interested in the redevelopment of all or a portion of City Hall Plaza. After reviewing the qualifications of respondents, the City may interview all or certain respondents and request that all or certain respondents submit more detailed development proposals for the redevelopment of City Hall Plaza. City Hall Plaza includes four sites: Site 1, which consists of Block 373, Lots 5, 5.01, and 5.02; Site 2, which consists of Block 251, Lots 5 and 6; Site 3, which consists of Block 250, Lots 2, 3, and 26 and Block 250.01, Lot 2; and Site 4, which consists of Block 387, Lots 1 and 2 (collectively, the "Plaza").
