The City of Beaumont solicits bids for Commercial NESHAP Demolition and Debris Removal of the structure located at 2505 Gulf St., Beaumont, Texas 77703. Scope of Work for the Neshap Demolition and Debris Removal of This Structure: This structure must be demolished and disposed of according to the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). Demolition Contractor will be responsible for adhering to federal, state, and local Regulations and must be licensed to haul asbestos-containing materials. Question Deadline 04/04/2024 at 10:00 AM CT Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date of opening bids may not be answered. Only questions that have been resolved by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it. Performance and Payment Bonds, as well as Bid Bonds, are required for bids in excess of $50,000. Failure to complete specified work by end of completion date may result in liquidated damages of $100.00 per day.
