Rehabilitation of ten (10) well vaults and one (1) PRV vault, including demolition of existing piping, valves, pipe supports and other equipment. Includes replacement of and/or repairs to piping, valves, pipe supports, hatches. Includes lining of several vaults and limited electrical and instrumentation work in several vaults. The Bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a "Performance and Payment" bond to the District. The "Performance and Payment" bond shall be furnished in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that proposal or combination of proposals, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment, will under all circumstances best serve the District's interest. 2346052 The Engineer’s OPCC for this project is between $600k-$900k. bids will not be opened publicly but award of contract is anticipated at the District Board Meeting scheduled for April 22nd, 2024 Cutoff for Contractor Questions: By 8:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12th, 2024
