The columbarium must fit on the existing 7x7 concrete pad.
The building must be solid granite construction, all polished.
Niche fronts must be black granite and be a minimum of 3/4 thick. Cap and bottom should be a version of grey or maple color.
Niches must have an interior measurement of a minimum of 12x12x12.
There must be interior locking panels,
Niche fronts must be secured with rosettes.
The existing granite cross must be removed from the old building and installed on the top of the new one.
The building must have a minimum of 72 niches and a minimum of six levels.
The price must include freight, crane, installation and removal and disposal of old building.
The price must include the floral colorized etching on the blank black panels between the niche columns.
All Bids must include a design proposal that utilizes the same base dimensions as the sample design included in the proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities and/or irregularities in the quoted offer. The City reserves the right to request additional product literature and/or supplemental information if needed to determine whether or not a product meets minimum specifications.
