Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lytton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; 2,500-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to select a Vendor/ Supplier to provide a new Public Works building(s). The Village is envisioning a turnkey solution; prefabricated or modular. The Vendor/ Supplier will provide all aspects - design, build, and install. The Village will be responsible for any archaeology requirements. The building(s) will encompass two lots (Lot 14 and Lot 30 Main St). The lots are at two different grades. The higher property (Lot 30) is envisioned to be single story office use (~10x50 ft) with bathrooms and shower. The lower property is envisioned as ~two story (minimum 18ft: ~50x50ft) to allow for storage of over height vehicles/ equipment; Last date the Village may consider written inquiries April 3, 2024
