Reference Number 0000266837 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/27 04:00:00 PM CDT Pricing Lump sum The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as 'U of W') is issuing this RFP with the intent of entering into a 5-Year Contract for the Fire Protection & Inspection Services. The contract will come into effect on or about June 1st, 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter described, and specifications provided. This RFP and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful proponent. The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The University of Winnipeg is a medium sized liberal arts and sciences university located in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba encompassing an area of 13.5 acres. Nearly 10,000 full-time and part-time students attend the University. The campus also houses approximately 850 faculty and staff. The University of Winnipeg is looking for quotes for all fire protection related inspections as required by the current codes. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
