The Matanuska Susitna Borough School District (MSBSD) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to pick up and remove refuse from the sites listed herein. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, supplies, equipment, and incidentals, and pay all costs necessary to provide refuse collection and hauling. Bids must be fully executed, signed by each bidder, and enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidders name, address, and phone number clearly indicated on the outside, as per Section 8 of this Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be submitted to the MSBSD Purchasing Department at 690 Cope Industrial Way, Palmer, Alaska 99645. Signed bids must be in the office of the MSBSD Purchasing Department on or before the date and time designated for receipt of bids. The MSBSD will not accept or consider bids that are oral, telephonic, telegraphic, faxed, e-mailed, or otherwise electronically transmitted A pre-bid conference will not be held for this scope. Questions will be accepted until April 4,2024, 4.00 PM Bidders shall notify the Purchasing Department promptly of any error, omission, or inconsistency that may be discovered during examination of the bid documents. Requests from bidders for interpretation or clarification of the bid documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Department by April 4,2024, 4.00 PM Any questions received after this date and time will not be answered. The MSBSD further reserves the right to add or remove additional schools and sites during the life of the contract. The MSBSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any minor technicalities, informalities, and/or irregularities as it deems appropriate. A.
