Award amount is $77,644.50** This contract consists of a base bid and alternate bids Both the base and alternate bids involve milling, base repair, leveling course, manhole rim adjustments, pavement markings, and wearing course along various roads within Hulmeville Borough. 2024-00245 Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to Hulmeville Borough along with an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance and Payment Bonds will be provided to the Bidder. Hulmeville Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to accept the bid, which it deems, in its sole judgment, to be in the best interest of the Borough.
