CR Number: 2108103 Demolition: Remove and replace treads and landings, remove window frames and remove roofing panels. Framing: Replace wooden stair treads with galvanized metal treads and landings with 2x8 PT wood planks, refinish cab wall panels, replace roof panels, Re-frame window mullions, replace eave angle, replace swing gate and Replace cab guardrails at hatch. Replace spalling concrete foundation caps, remove pack rust, prime as needed, Tighten and replace structural steel bolts and Paint entirety of structure. Add Alternate #1: Replace all wood landings with Galvanized Metal Grating material in lieu of wood 2x8 PT wood planks. Add Alternate #2: Provide (3) new Piers and (6) new Anchor Rods for Fire Tower replacing the existing (3) foundations not covered under the Base Bid scope of work.
