Improvement Program Project (L-RIP) - Steele Valley Road. This bid is for Hot Mix Asphaltic (HMA) Pavement Material ONLY. The bid shall include all costs to furnish and supply the pavement mix including the labor, material, and equipment necessary to produce the mix. The Town of Mondovi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any part thereof. Unless bids are rejected for good cause, award of the contract shall be made to the lowest bidder.
