Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nether Providence Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.

Major items include 800 linear feet of trail construction with related work including pedestrian bridge. Bids must include bid security in the amount of 10%. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid package, particularly to the PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification Act, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bidding as is in the best interest of the Township.
