The scope of work for this project includes installation of lighting, parking lot construction, and related work. Major items: 1400 SY ADA Accessible Bituminous Path, Site Clearing, Grading & Slope Stabilization, ADA Ramp Installation, 700 SY New Parking Lot Paving, 350 LF New Parking Lot Striping, 13 New Parking Bumpers, 1 New ADA Parking Sign and associated restoration. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay online Program a fee of 1/3 % of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $150.00 and a maximum of $6,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through online and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification Form, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price.
