FILE #83250-115-11B Online sealed bids for the Nether Providence Henry Lane Drainage Improvements - Phase 2 will be received via the PennBid Program. All bid documents, construction plans, and specifications are available online to prospective bidders at no cost. The successful bidder will be required to pay the PennBid Program a fee equal to 1/3% of the contract award value, with a minimum fee of $150.00 and a maximum of $6,000.00. Fees must be confirmed through PennBid and the successful bidder is responsible for the awarded bid fee. Each bid must include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Nether Providence Township. Requirements include PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification, insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Provisions, Special Provisions for Commonwealth Contracts, any requirements by the PA Department of Environmental Protection, a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price, and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The project is subject to all Township and State standards, rules, and regulations. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and waive any information in the bidding as deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
