The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation and Associated Works (i) Furby Street from Notre Dame Avenue to McDermot Avenue (ii) Furby Street from Bannatyne Avenue to William Avenue (iii) Golspie Street from Watt Street to Munroe Avenue (iv) Lismore Avenue from King Edward Street to Oddy Street (v) Mount Auburn Bay from Garton Avenue to Garton Avenue (vi) Panet Road (service road) from Nairn Avenue to North Limit (vii) Panet Road from Nairn Avenue to 90 Meters South (viii) Pritchard Avenue from Chudley Street to Railway Street (b) Thin Bituminous Overlay and Associated Works (i) Gunnell Street from Alexander Avenue to Logan Avenue (ii) Mount Auburn Bay from Garton Avenue to Garton Avenue (c) Concrete Sidewalk Renewal and Associated Works (i) Dorset Street & Tyndall Avenue from Burrows Avenue to Chudley Street (d) New Multi-Use Asphalt Pathway and Associated Works (i) Panet Road & Talbot Avenue from McCalman Avenue to North Limit (e) Sewer Repairs and Associated Works (i) Furby Street from Notre Dame Avenue to McDermot Avenue (ii) Furby Street from Bannatyne Avenue to William Avenue (iii) Lismore Avenue from King Edward Street to Oddy Street (iv) Mount Auburn Bay from Garton Avenue to Garton Avenue (v) Panet Road (service road) from Nairn Avenue to North Limit (vi) Pritchard Avenue from Chudley Street to Railway Street The Bidder shall include in their Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price, and agreement to bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in Form G1: Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond, available on The City of Winnipeg, (a) a performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H1: Performance Bond), in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price; and (b) a labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to these Supplemental Conditions (Form H2 The Contractor shall not commence the Work on the Site before May 13, 2024, and shall commence the Work on Site no later than May 21, 2024, as directed by the Contract Administrator and weather permitting.
