Construction of a thin-lift overlay bituminous pavement and granular base course shoulders on Provincial Trunk Highway 10, from Provincial Road 271 to Provincial Trunk Highway 20, for a total construction distance of 30.5km in the Municipality of Mountain. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/04/02 12:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Effectively immediately, Contractors will be requested to provide Performance Bonds as well as Labour and Material Payment Bonds in an electronic format (e-Bonds). The Contractor shall discuss the approved Work Plan, which shows the Contractor’s proposed sequence of operations, at the Pre-Construction Meeting. The Work Plan shall include start and end dates for the Contract items of work. After review, the Work Plan shall not be changed without the consent of the Contract Administrator. The Contractor shall attend regular project meetings to discuss sequence of operations and progression of the work
