Site work for a pipeline in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.

Perform commissioning of six (6) petroleum product lines at Port of Alaska (POA) Petroleum Cement Terminal (PCT), including furnishing and installing six (6) emergency release couplings, fabricating and installing four (4) two-inch stripping drain lines, and a 12-inch methanol/Jet A jumper and threeinch stripping line; install Owner provided equipment including one (1) 12-inch replacement valve and five (5) basket strainers; fabricate and install a temporary eight-inch manifold to distribute fuel for flushing six (6) petroleum lines, perform flush and soak tests and a hydrotest; provide fuel testing and tank gauging services during flush and soak test. After commissioning is complete remove fuel from berthing and stripping lines using a vacuum truck, remove all materials and equipment installed to perform the test including manifold and strainers, and reconnect hose sections to PCT valves. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $250,000 to $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Requests for interpretation or clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Office (wwpur@muni.org). Please reference the Invitation to Bid Number & Project Title. Do not contact the specified department directly. Questions Due: Noon Local Time, March 27, 2024 Schedule A work shall be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Once Schedule A Work has been accepted as complete by the Owner, Schedule B Work shall begin. Schedule B work shall be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days. Once all Work has been accepted as complete for all six (6) product lines, the Contractor shall have fifteen (15) calendar days to provide all closeout documentation. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days from the time of the opening.
