Purchase, delivery and installation of one-car garage/shed delivered to: Bucks County Department of Health-1260 Almshouse Road, Doylestown PA 18901 Fenced in area behind building. Shed is to include:
o Standard hi-wall, A-frame, size: 14'x24', type T1-11
o Painted plywood siding and trim, Color: Cream
o Shingles: Standard, Color: Shakewood
o No doors or windows
o 8" Floor joist
o 3/4 " heavy flooring, 336 sq. ft.
o Uninsulated
o No ventilation
o Garage metal overhead door, no windows, Size: 9'x7'6", Color: White, located on 14' side of shed. SPECIFICATIONS
These specifications are intended to describe the purchase, delivery, and installation of a shed as described herein with no standard equipment deleted. Any items omitted from the specification that would adversely affect the operation, and longevity of the shed is to be considered part of the specifications. The intent of this quote is to contract for the purchase, delivery and installation of a shed. with surety in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. The Performance Bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract in accordance with the plans, specifications and conditions of the contract. Labor and Material (Payment) Bond With Surety in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Amount. The Labor and Material Bond Shall Be Conditioned Upon the Prompt Payment of All Material Furnished and/or Labor Supplied in the Prosecution of the Work. Also Required is a Maintenance Bond With Surety in the Amount of 10% of the Contract Amount. The Maintenance Bond Shall Be Surety Against Defective or Inferior Materials or Workmanship Which May Develop During a Period of One Year From Date of Total Completion and Acceptance of All Work Performed Under the Contract. The Purchasing Director of Bucks County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or parts thereof, or to award in whole or in part as deemed to be in the best interest of the County
