Forbes Elementary School Mechanical Equipment Upgrade The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the duration of this project. The projected construction start date is ASAP and the completion date is August 1st, 2024. The District reserves the right to conduct discussions with the Offerors who submit proposals determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award, followed by an opportunity to make best and final offers pursuant to UCA 63G-6a-707.5, but proposals may be accepted without discussions. question Submission Close Date 4/1/2024 2:00 PM MDT 1. The new Captive Aire control can be mounted in a wall panel or surface mounted in the wall. 2. Provide and install new cleanable white vinyl 2'x 4' ceiling tile where the make-up air return grille and relief grille were removed. Contractor shall provide and install an additional twelve tiles that get damaged or broken. Provide equal to Armstrong kitchen zone 672. 3. Clarification: The make-up air unit original curb shall be demoed and a new curb and roof flashing installed. 4. The existing kitchen hood exhaust fan curb shall be removed and new rigid roof insulation and single-ply membrane installed. 5. The new rooftop wall sensor shall be ran in white wire molding to match the existing exposed wire molding. 6. The new rooftop unit shall be moved south to miss the existing gas piping and five feet or more from the new hood exhaust fan.
