Renovation of a municipal facility in American Fork, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: The USDC Old Administration Building will be undergoing exterior structural upgrades to the columns, foundations, and exterior façade and soffits. Concrete repair work is needed to protect and shore up the porch and entry columns and foundations. Some exposed rebar will need to be cut and replaced to prevent further corrosion. Exterior Stucco repairs will be needed in select areas on soffits, columns, and exterior walls. Construction fencing to keep residents out of the work area. Base bid will consist of all work outlined in the plans and specifications for the project. Project Location: 861 East 900 North, American Fork, Utah 84003.
