The Project shall consist of a 66' x 72' single story wood framed maintenance building. The new facility shall be constructed on a concrete slab with frost walls, with a separate, heated wood shop, mechanic shop and storage area, and heated vehicle bays. Also included in the project are floor drains with a 50-gallon oil and water separator tank, a 36" diameter fiberglass pump station, 1 1/4 " CTS force main, a distribution manifold and drain berm, a 3' I.D. precast concrete catch basin, 4' I.D. precast concrete water service valve pit, connecting to the existing municipal water service, yard hydrants, finish grading, bituminous concrete paving, turf establishment and all other appurtenances and incidentals to complete the project Full Bonding is required for this job The Department of Buildings and General Services (BGS) may require contractor evaluations on construction projects over $100,000 or at the discretion of the BGS Director.
