Replacement of Flooring at the Leicester Police Station For the Following: o Remove and Dispose of 1752 Square Feet of Existing Glued Carpet (to Plywood), Repair/level Floors. o Remove, Patch & Replace 20 Rubber Stair Treads/risers/landing to Match Existing in Place Johnsonite. o Install 1752 Square Feet of Glue Down 2'x2' High Quality Commercial Carpet Squares. Vinyl Baseboard to Remain in Place. Elevator Included. o Install 1920 Square Feet of Johnsonite Rubber Tiles W/raised Dotes Over Failed Vct Flooring. Place Over New 1/4 Inch Subflooring. o Remove Old and Install New 4" Vinyl Baseboard Around 450' of New Rubber Flooring. Bids Will Be Opened Publicly at That Time. Bids Shall Be Addressed to the Town of Leicester and Should Be Submitted in the Form Specified, in a Sealed Envelope Endorsed "bid -leicester Police Station Floors" With the Bidder's Name and Address. Each Bidder Shall Enclose With the Bid an Acceptable Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid's Value on the Form Specified. the Town of Leicester Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities in Bidding and to Make the Award as Appears to the Best Interest of the Town.
