Wilson County Emergency Service District 4 (WCESD 4) is seeking a Design-Build Entity (DBE) on the basis of qualifications and other established criteria within this solicitation. This procurement will comply with State of Texas law, including Texas Government Code Title 10, Subtitle F, Chapter 2269, Subchapter G: Building Using Design-Build Method. WCESD 4 will select the successful DBE that offers the best value based on the published Evaluation Criteria and ranking. No submission will be considered from a DBE that has failed to comply with these requirements. WCESD 4 is not responsible for any costs that the DBE may incur to complete the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The design-build contract will be awarded to one DBE following a two-step process using qualifications statements and responses to additional information, and optional interviews. WCESD 4 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, with or without cause, waive any formalities or minor technical inconsistencies, or delete any item/requirement from this RFQ or contract when deemed to be in WCESD 4's best interest. Scope of Services
The scope of Design-Build services consists of the architecture, interior design, engineering, and
construction of the following:
Wilson County ESD #4 Substation build - $1,100,000 Budget
Substation build will include 2 ambulance bays, approximately 1200 sqft living with 2 bunk
rooms, 1 small office, full kitchen, 1.5 bath, laundry room, lockable storage room, patio.
