Wilson County Emergency Service District 4 (WCESD 4) is seeking a Design-Build Entity (DBE) on the basis of qualifications and other established criteria within this solicitation. This procurement will comply with State of Texas law, including Texas Government Code Title 10, Subtitle F, Chapter 2269, Subchapter G: Building Using Design-Build Method. WCESD 4 will select the successful DBE that offers the best value based on the published Evaluation Criteria and ranking.
