Reference Number 0000346770 Job Location 185 Exchange Blvd., Rochester, NY 14614 The scope of the work consists of a single prime general construction contract inclusive of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This project is an interior renovation of approximately 3,000SF to a second floor office space and break room space that will be combined into one office for the City of Rochester Office of Business Intelligence. As a separate contract, the owner will be providing furniture for this project, Refer to drawings for general construction requirements for furniture connections. REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements. This Contract Contains American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) Funds Federal Requirements.
